The building was designed and constructed to meet LEED® Silver criteria or higher. The building already has received the Overall Sustainable Design Award by the Higher Education Energy Partnership Program of California.

Building on a successful 2010 effort to help the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) create the “greenest office building” in the nation, Wausau Window and Wall Systems returned to contribute to the National Renewable Energy Laboratory’s (NREL’s) Research Support Facility (RSF) planned expansion.

A new porte-cochére and entry lobby are amongst the notable improvements to the Hilton Savannah DeSoto Hotel’s 1890s vintage, 15-story property. Welcoming and sheltering guests as they enter the hotel, Super Sky Products Enterprises, LLC provided a custom vaulted skylight, finished by Linetec.
