Founded in 1998 and incorporated in 2009, Heather West Public Relations, Inc. is a small and agile communications firm.

Heather West

As the firm’s namesake, Heather draws from three decades of experience in the marketing communications field. With her background in journalism, Heather’s interrogative style delivers an intense focus on her clients’ industries and markets. She has a strong work ethic and an eye for detail. She volunteers locally and participates nationally in architecture, construction and building products organizations. Heather is not all business, however; she enjoys camping, traveling, playing with her dog, and watching movies, concerts and theater.

Mark Long

Mark manages the company’s strategic focus and accounts. Drawing from a background in sales, customer service and management, not only is he always thinking of his clients, but also of their customers. In addition to his Heather West Public Relations responsibilities, he helps arts organizations with their management and marketing. Combining a love for structure and all things designed with DIY experience that stretches back to childhood, Mark brings an enthusiasm to the company for the engineered and built environment.
