Client News: Tubelite adds Jim Leadbetter as director of operations in Reed City, Michigan

Tubelite_JimLeadbetter_web.jpgTubelite Inc. welcomes Jim Leadbetter as director of operations in Reed City, Michigan. He reports directly to Steve Jaskolski, vice president of operations. He will lead and support the company's business growth strategies through safety, quality and productivity improvements.

Drawing from more than 25 years of operational and management experience, Leadbetter has generated significant results in cost reduction strategies and productivity improvement throughout his career. Most recently, he worked as the logistics sort center leader for Amazon Logistics in Swedesboro, New Jersey. Prior to this, he was employed for 17 years at FMC Corporation where he began as a facilities manager in North Carolina for the chemical manufacturing company. Through regular promotions at FMC, he eventually earned the role of manufacturing director at the corporate headquarters in Philadelphia.

Joining Tubelite, Leadbetter returns to Michigan where he earned his bachelor's degree in engineering from Lawrence Technical University. He also holds an MBA from Augusta State University in Georgia.
